for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and
employers seeking employees. The Company specifically prohibits
any use of the Web Site, and requires all users to agree
not to use the Web Site, for any of the following:

Posting any false, inaccurate or misleading resume
information.
ii.
Posting any information which is not your own accurate
resume (living individual seeking employment on a full-time
or part-time basis on his or her own behalf).
iii.
Posting non-resume information such as advertisements,
opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise. JOB POSTINGS
BY ANY THIRD PARTY CHARGING A FEE TO JOB SEEKERS ARE PROHIBITED.
iv.
Responding to any posted employment opportunity for any
reason except to apply for the job. Communications soliciting
the employer's business are prohibited.
v.
Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership",
distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement
or other business opportunity which requires an up front
or periodic payment, requires recruitment of other members,
sub-distributors or sub-agents, or is not otherwise a
bona fide job.
vi.
Deleting or revising any material posted by any other
person or entity.
vii.
Posting any unlawful material or any material (regardless
of content) for any unlawful purpose.
viii.
Posting any materials soliciting employment in any of
the following industries: adult entertainment or other
sex-oriented
industry.
b.
Web Site Security Rules. Users are prohibited from violating
or attempting to violate the security of the Web Site, including,
without limitation:

THEIR RESUMES ON OUR DATABASE FOR MEMBER EMPLOYERS TO ACCESS
AGREE THAT THEY WILL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD THE COMPANY
HARMLESS AGAINST ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM SUCH EMPLOYERS
USE OF SUCH INFORMATION OR
ACTIONS RELATING THERETO.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages:
IN
NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED
AT THIS WEB SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,

links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not
as an endorsement by the Company of the contents on such
third-party Web sites. The Company is not responsible for
the content of linked third-party sites and does not make
any representations regarding the content or accuracy of

Limitation of Liability:
The
aggregate liability, if any, of the Company to you for all

time we will remove it from our database. If you post your
resume in our database, then all recruiters who pay for
access to our resume database will have access to your resume.
We use our best efforts to grant access to this database
only to paying recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters,
and human resource professionals. However, we are not responsible
if some other third party, such as someone posing as the
aforementioned and paying for the service, evades security
measures and gains access to the database, and, subsequently,
your resume. You may remove your resume from our searchable
database at any time. However, recruiters who have paid
for access to the database may have retained a copy of your
resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible
for the retention, use, or privacy of these copies of resumes
in these instances.

site where you can submit feedback. Any feedback that is
